About This Event
The Flying Bats Football Club was founded in 1985 and is the largest and longest-running LGBTIQ+ women's and non-binary soccer club in the world - started as a safe space for a group of lesbians and now welcoming everybody across the rainbow family, including trans and gender-diverse players.
What's On
The Flying Bats mark IDAHOBIT on 17 May 2026 against Beecroft Wombats at Morrison Bay Park, with a small activation featuring rainbow ribbons. Note: this is a second, separate 2026 Flying Bats fixture - see the club's main NWSF Pride Round page for their July event.
