Work with us to build a world where every LGBTIQ+ person feels included, accepted and proud to be who they are.
Pride Cup is Australia’s largest LGBTIQ+ inclusion in sport organisation, working with over 800 teams across 35 sport codes since 2018. We support clubs and sport organisations, as well as councils, universities, or organisations, to create LGBTIQ+ inclusive environments for players, volunteers, coaches, and administrators through iconic rainbow-themed game days (known as Pride Cups, PrideGames, and PrideRounds) and education that is designed for sporting environments.
We take a strengths-based approach to working with clubs, acknowledging them as the experts in their community and stakeholders. Pride Cup’s role is to support a club, wherever they are on their inclusion journey,
in a way that celebrates and builds on the unique mix of cultural, religious, ethnic, and gender diversity at that
Club.
The Pride Cup model has been evaluated by Monash University and found to reduce homophobic behaviour in sport clubs by 40-50% after participating just once.
